Vance also revived discredited claims tying Epstein to high-profile Democrats, particularly former President Bill Clinton. Clinton has confirmed flying on Epstein’s plane but has denied ever setting foot on the island.

Trump has gone so far as to label Obama’s actions “treasonous,” alleging a conspiracy to damage him through the Russia investigation. Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard has reportedly handed over documents to the Justice Department in support of these claims. Obama, however, has brushed off Trump’s demands for prosecution, dismissing them as baseless.
